Artemis III Crew

Meet the Artemis III Crew

NASA's June 2026 Artemis III crew announcement names Commander Randy Bresnik, Pilot Luca Parmitano, and Mission Specialists Frank Rubio and Andre Douglas for a 2027 Orion mission focused on low Earth orbit rendezvous, docking, and integrated commercial lunar lander operations.

Humanity's Next Deep Space Test Crew

Artemis III follows the completed Artemis II mission and acts as a bridge toward future crewed lunar landing operations. The flight will test Orion procedures and integrated operations involving one or both commercial lunar landers from SpaceX and Blue Origin.

The crew brings together military aviation, spacewalking, long-duration station operations, medical expertise, systems engineering, and international partnership experience.
